Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Delivery in UAE only and delivery charges applied for International Shipping with tracking.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

UAE: 24 - 48 hours

USA and Canada: 5 - 7 days

Oceania: 5 - 7 days

Europe: 5 - 7 days

Latin America: 10 - 15 days

Other countries: 10 - 15 days


Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-3 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.


Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Our returns policy

If you’d like to return an item, contact our friendly Customer Service Team on +971 (0) 4 580 7717 or email within 7 days of receiving your item.

It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in it's original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

We offer a secure courier collection service for all returns as well as complimentary returns so you do not have to worry about the shipping fees, it’s all completely FREE.

If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card - please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account.

If you paid using PayPal, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded into your account in USD on the exchange rate of that day - please note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account.

If you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your Bosidin account with store credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed..

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange service. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit card, or credit your account with store credit if you paid COD for your order. You can then reorder another product.

Shipping Outside the UAE

When shipped outside the UAE, Bosidin items may be subject to import duties and taxes. Bosidin does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Duty and tax rates vary from country to country and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only in the GCC countries.
